Pour 4 liters of cold water and place in a cool place, covering with a lid. Then take rose hips (2-3 tablespoons) and bring to a boil in 1 liter of water. Then let it cool for another day.

The next day, take out the oats and cook them along with all the other ingredients over low heat (the water should not boil!) for 20 minutes. Strain the finished decoction and add the rosehip decoction. Consume before meals, three days - half a glass, the next month, a glass of liquid before meals.

Place a glass of well-washed oats in a thick-bottomed pan and pour a liter of boiling water. Boil for about half an hour over low heat. After the time has passed, add water to make a liter. For reference, the broth should have the consistency of thin jelly or pancake batter, gray in color. Naturally, you can drink it more and more often, but you can’t drink less.
