When losing weight, millet is recommended as one of the lowest-calorie cereals: 100 kcal per 100 g. Even if you eat 3 bowls of millet porridge a day, you will not gain kilograms, since you will only get 1000 kcal, which is the minimum norm for diets.
Most often, people with diabetes suffer from excess body weight. Millet can be consumed for this disease, as it does not provoke an increase in blood glucose.

To lose weight, I prepare a drink based on millet water. To do this, take 100 grams. grains, rinse them thoroughly, and pour 200 ml of water at room temperature. Next, knead the mixture with your hands until the liquid turns white.
